Do you keep logs?

Quick Answer

No, we do not keep logs of your browsing activity, IP addresses, or any personally identifiable information. Your privacy is our top priority, and we maintain a strict no-logs policy.

Our Strict No-Logs Policy

At ProxyMule, we maintain a zero-logs policy as a fundamental principle of our service. This means we do not collect, store, or log any information about your browsing activities, visited websites, IP addresses, connection timestamps, or any other personally identifiable data. Your privacy is completely protected.

What Information We Don't Collect

To be completely transparent, here's what we absolutely do not track or store:

  • Browsing History: We don't record which websites you visit through our proxy service
  • IP Addresses: Your real IP address is never logged or stored in our systems
  • Personal Information: No names, email addresses, or identifying details are collected
  • Search Queries: What you search for remains completely private
  • Connection Logs: We don't maintain logs of when you connect or disconnect
  • Traffic Data: The content of your browsing sessions is never monitored or saved

Why No-Logs Matters

A no-logs policy is crucial for true online privacy. Even if authorities or third parties requested information about our users, we would have nothing to provide because we simply don't collect that data. Your anonymous browsing truly remains anonymous.

Technical Implementation

Our infrastructure is designed from the ground up with privacy in mind. We use ephemeral connections that exist only for the duration of your browsing session. Once you close your browser or navigate away, all session data is immediately destroyed. Our servers run memory-based operations that don't write browsing data to permanent storage.

Privacy Verification

Unlike some services that claim privacy but collect data behind the scenes, our no-logs policy is built into our technical architecture. We've intentionally designed our systems to be incapable of logging user activities, even if we wanted to.
